My First Wedding and Groom's Cake!

I had the absolute pleasure of making my first wedding and groom's cake for a dear friend of mine! The wedding cake was triple layered vanilla and red velvet cake with buttercream icing and served 150 people.

The groom's cake was a shamrock representing the Irish flag. It was carrot cake with butterscotch morsels and filled with cream cheese icing!
They were both a great success and I am so incredibly thankful for Verena and Jeff allowing me to make their wedding cake my first wedding cake!

Happy Birthday, Maddux!

Holiday Cakes

Around the holiday time, two of my most popular items are the pumpkin roll and my famous lethal chocolate peppermint cake!

Happy Birthday, Caroline!

I was given the wonderful opportunity of making a birthday cake for one of my boyfriend's sweet nieces, Caroline! This 1/2 sheet cake was half vanilla filled with vanilla mousse and the other half was chocolate filled with chocolate mousse.

Happy Birthday, Jeff!

Here is Jeff's favorite Carrot Cake with Butterscotch morsels filled and iced with cream cheese icing.

Congratulations, Brittany!

I had the privilege of making cakes for Brittany's graduation, and here are a few pictures of them!
These two cakes were chocolate cakes, one filled with strawberry mousse and the other with chocolate mousse, both topped with chocolate ganache.

The bottom cake pictured is a lemon chiffon cake with raspberry filling, and it was a big hit at Brittany's party! Congratulations, Brittany!
