Nicole Rabalais and Charley Hubbs Wedding- 7/2/2011

I had the honor and privilege of making Nicole Rabalais and Charley Hubbs wedding and groom's cakes on their July 2, 2011 wedding at the Belmont Mansion. The wedding cake was a traditional almond wedding cake with sweet almond buttercream. The groom's cake was a rich chocolate cake with a light chocolate mousse and decadent chocolate icing.

Congrats to the bride and groom!

Taylor/Cofoid Wedding 1/1/11

It was a pleasure making the wedding cakes for Kristin Taylor and Sean Cofoid's wedding on January 1, 2011. This four layered lemon chiffon cake with raspberry filling and lemon buttercream fit in greatly with their garden tea party themed wedding. Congratulations Kristin and Sean!

Schreiner Wedding

I had the wonderful privilege of making Kristy and Drew Schreiner's wedding cake on October 10, 2010 at the Amberleaf in Gallatin. Kristy wanted a hot pink cake with polka dots and swirls, so when everyone walked in they would say 'That's Kristy's cake!' I think she got her wish! Congrats Kristy and Drew!!! :)

My First Wedding and Groom's Cake!

I had the absolute pleasure of making my first wedding and groom's cake for a dear friend of mine! The wedding cake was triple layered vanilla and red velvet cake with buttercream icing and served 150 people.

The groom's cake was a shamrock representing the Irish flag. It was carrot cake with butterscotch morsels and filled with cream cheese icing!
They were both a great success and I am so incredibly thankful for Verena and Jeff allowing me to make their wedding cake my first wedding cake!

Happy Birthday, Maddux!

Holiday Cakes

Around the holiday time, two of my most popular items are the pumpkin roll and my famous lethal chocolate peppermint cake!

Happy Birthday, Caroline!

I was given the wonderful opportunity of making a birthday cake for one of my boyfriend's sweet nieces, Caroline! This 1/2 sheet cake was half vanilla filled with vanilla mousse and the other half was chocolate filled with chocolate mousse.
